Admissions: Becoming Part of the Aaranyakk Family
It is with great happiness that we see Aaranyakk (The Sprouts) as a base for your child’s development. Our admissions procedure is purposely made simple, open, and directing to the selection of your kid’s perfect match.
The Admissions Process: Planting the Seed
The description of Ela Montessori at a glance mentions three simple, mindful steps for accommodating your child through the Aaranyakk ecosystem:
Step 1: Inquiry and Campus Tour
- Initial Contact: Start by either filling out an online inquiry form or contacting our admissions office by phone.
- The Experience: We really recommend to parents Scheduling a Campus Tour. This gives you a chance to learn about our ecosystem-inspired learning spaces by using all your senses, see our classes in action, and get an idea of the daily routine under the trees. It is very important to go through this step in order to catch the vibe of Aaranyakk.
Step 2: Application and Interaction
- Form Submission: The Admission Form should be filled out according to the guidelines given and should be sent with the required supporting documents (birth certificate, proof of residence, and photographs).
- Parent-Child Interaction: A brief and unceremonious discussion will be organized between the kid and his/her parents. This is not a trial, but a cordial gathering to evaluate the child’s preparedness for the group setting and to make sure our school’s Morals and Values match with the family’s hopes.
Step 3: Acknowledgment and Welcome
- Offer of Admission: Only those applicants who will be awarded a place by successfully passing the competition will get an Offer of Admission.
- Fee Submission: Guarantee your child’s place by paying necessary fees and filling out the last enrollment documents.
- Welcome: Your child is now a “Sprout”! You will receive a Welcome Kit and orientation details before the session begins.
2.Eligibility: Age Criteria (As of June 1st of the Academic Year)
We ensure that the children who come in are not only developmentally but also emotionally and socially ready for their respective programs. The age criteria are rigorously enforced to guarantee that the child will gain from the learning progression:
Program | Age Group | Age as of June 1st |
Seedlings | Toddler/Pre K | 18 months – 30 months |
Laurelwood Sprout | Nursery | 30 months – 42 months |
Saplings | LKG / Junior | KG 3.5 years to 4.5 years |
The Mighty Oaks | UKG / Senior | KG 4.5 years to 5.5 years |
Note: Priority consideration is given to siblings of current students and children living in the very close proximity of the school.
- Fee Structure: Investing in Ethical Growth
We hold total transparency in the investment of your child’s ethical and academic basis as very important. The fee structure includes our obligation to keep the number of children in the classes low, the hygiene standards high and to provide our special environment rich in resources.
Fee Component | Frequency | Details
|
